Sales Representative
I was a lawyer for thirty years, and have lived in Westboro since 1990. I trained in Negotiations at Harvard and taught Negotiations at Queens.
My mystery novel, The Beggar’s Opera, has been published by Penguin Canada (as well as in Norway, Germany and the Netherlands) to critical acclaim.
But my first love is real estate. I particularly enjoy working with first time buyers and those considering downsizing. I regularly host free seminars on these topics with a local lawyer, financial advisor and mortgage broker in conjunction with TD Canada Trust. (Check out the Lunch and Learn link on the left sidebar for details.)
I also host a Rogers TV show called Ottawa Experts: Real Estate. Mondays,8-9 PM on Cable 22. We've been discussing everything from how to get a house ready for sale to market conditions and whether you should buy or sell first. Hope you enjoy it!
“When you want it done right, ask a busy person!”
For our Wonderful Real Estate Agent
"We didn't mean to buy a house right away, but Peggy understood our needs and
wants immediately and even picked the perfect neighbourhood for us!
"The whole process was so smooth and well-handled that we're still a bit in shock at how great a house we found, for such an amazing price.
"If you want a smooth and fun house purchasing journey, we can't recommend Peggy highly enough!"
- Kerri and Marie (March, 2013)
"It has been an absolute pleasure working with Peggy to buy our first home.
- Chris and Jing James (December, 2012)
